The sales floor view

Two surfaces, one program. The Sales Floor is what staff see: e-bikes, accessories, potential customers, and MSRP — costs live in Admin ▸ Sales, where you decide who sees them. Admin is the full program: costs, payments, delivery checklist, finance tiles, and commissions.

Commissions credited at the sale

Mark an employee as sales team with a commission percentage, credit the salesperson when the bike sells (or record it as a house sale), and pay it out from the commissions panel with Mark Paid. Commission expense can flow into your P&L, so the cost of selling is in the same numbers as the revenue.

Checkout that respects your processor

Take Payment records the tender, the tax, and the totals, and keeps the receipt on the sale. The card path is honest: you run the card on your own terminal with your own processor, then record the sale here. SprocketSuite takes nothing off your card volume.

Integrated card processing is not part of the product today — it is something we may offer later. No bundled processor, and nothing skimmed off your card volume.
