A vendor warranty claim in SprocketSuite is a tracked object, not a note in a purchase-order field. Every claim is bound to the job and the bike's serial, moves through enforced states, and keeps a stamped history.

Tickets, sale tenders, time-clock punches, rentals, and waivers keep going on the station when the internet drops — your data lives in your shop. Cloud sync and backups are included in the subscription, and multiple stations stay aligned when they're connected under the same cloud login.
You keep your own card terminal and your own processor. SprocketSuite records the sale, the tax, and the totals — it does not process the card and takes nothing off your card volume. Integrated card processing is something we may offer later; it is not part of the product today.
