1. Ownership
SprocketSuite — including trial builds, production builds, documentation, trademarks, and this website — is owned by American Coastal Holdings, LLC. The software is licensed, not sold as open source. Downloading or opening a file does not transfer ownership.
2. Evaluation (trial) license
The free evaluation trial is a limited license for 7 days from first launch on a device. Access is granted after we review your shop — there is no public download. We ship private trial builds by hand until the hosted platform trial is available. The trial is not a production license and may expire, lock, or disable features when the evaluation period ends. You may not strip, bypass, or remove trial licensing, banners, or copyright notices.
3. Production shop license
A paid SprocketSuite license grants use for one shop location, with unlimited staff and devices at that location, subject to your invoice and any Care Plan terms. Additional locations require additional licenses. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is not permitted without written approval from American Coastal Holdings, LLC.
4. Restrictions
You may not copy or host the software for third parties, reverse engineer or circumvent license enforcement except where law expressly allows, remove proprietary notices, or relicense SprocketSuite under open-source terms. Unauthorized production use of a trial build is a license violation.
5. Your shop data
Customer, ticket, inventory, and financial records you enter remain yours. American Coastal Holdings, LLC does not claim ownership of your shop data. See also our Privacy page for how this marketing site handles leads.
6. Disclaimer
