Your waiver, your wording: edit the shop's waiver text in Admin and attach an image or PDF. Customers sign on the Waiver tab — name, phone, signature pad — and every signed waiver lands in a list you can reopen or reprint before a rental or test ride.

Every customer and every serial keeps its history — past work, contact info, and estimates. Quotes live next to the same records and convert into Workshop jobs when the customer says yes, so "who was that Pedego customer last spring?" takes a search, not an archaeology dig.
