The first five shops on SprocketSuite get $99 per month per location for 12 months and free setup. In exchange we ask for honest feedback while we build, and — only if you want to — permission to name you as a reference later. That is the whole deal.
Yes. Your data lives in your shop, and stations keep taking tickets, sales, punches, and rentals when the internet drops. Cloud sync and backups are included in the subscription.
You keep your own card terminal and your own processor. SprocketSuite records the sale, the tax, and the totals — it does not process the card. Integrated card processing is something we may offer later; it is not part of the product today.
